Can I use the documents on real, commercial projects?
Yes — that’s what they’re for.Add your company logo and issue them to your project. The license covers commercial use on unlimited projects within your company. The only thing you can’t do is resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
Are the Excel formulas locked or protected?
No. Every workbook is fully open — no passwords, no hidden sheets, no watermarks. Your planner can adapt anything to the project.
Who built these documents?
A senior construction project manager with 20+ years on Gulf projects. Every document in the library is in live use on real packages — developed on site, not written for a template shop.
Do I get updates when documents improve?
Yes. Subscribers get every revision free, and new documents are added to the library as they’re built — the most-requested ones first.
A document I need isn’t in the library. Can I request it?
Please do — the library grows from requests. Subscribers’ requests are prioritized, and the most-requested documents get built next.
Who owns the project data my team enters?
You do — completely. Your quantities, values, and records belong to you. We never share, sell, or use your project data, and you can export everything to Excel at any time.
What’s the difference between the Library and Live Tools?
The Library is documents you download and run yourself in Excel and Word. Live Tools are the same documents made alive in the workspace: your team enters data once from site, and dashboards and reports update themselves.
Can my site engineers log progress from their phones?
Yes — that’s the core of the workspace. Engineers log quantities from any device, and everything rolls up to the dashboard instantly.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep every document you’ve downloaded. Your workspace data stays exportable — we don’t hold your project hostage. You stop receiving updates, new documents, and live-tool access.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes: the free sample pack (three complete documents, no account needed), full previews of everything, and a free single-project workspace.
Do you support Arabic?
Arabic interface support is on the roadmap. The documents work in any language today — they’re your files to edit.
